I use this movie to teach my teenage students about the Hero's Journey plot pattern. It was a much better movie than I first expected and holds their attention well. I wish they had made more of them. The kids always ask because they like it so well. There is a lot of garbage out there that was serialized and isn't this good. It had an excellent cast. Too bad time has moved on.
