I have no complaints about movers they did a great job .My complaints is the cost 1046 was charged to my card to move me 10 blocks away .Everything was packed upon their arrival there was no need to shrink wrap my couch or put my TVs in boxes as I’ve moved them many times w/o it was just an added cost that wasn’t necessary .My expectation was about $350-$360 all the hidden costs boosted it extremely high .I was told I’d be refunded for last hr as I wasn’t given that quote until we arrived at drop off location so I told them to cut it short & id finish it up .Gas & mileage charges to go 10 blocks should’ve been literally $5 dollars .I still haven’t received an email on final billing information which I requested to be emailed to me .Crew was great price was ridiculous .Never again a 2 bdrm apartment fully packed should not cost that much for any reason .Last company I hired to move me was 300 including truck & gas .0nly good thing I have to say in review is about the employees .So if you don’t have over a thousand to burn I’d look elsewhere .
