Nuisance and Handsome Prince.
2gether is like a modern fairy tale of how we yearn for that one special soulmate, love at a first sight and those who love sincerely will fight to win his love. From novel to series adaptation, they have such a brilliant idea of incorporating music that always struck the right chord and we feel each vibration with our hearts 💕
Early on I don't have high expectation on 2gether the series, but they came as a delightful surprise and healing power to many in the pandemic situation. I started to enjoy the humor, banters, cheesy pick-up lines, longing eyes, Tine's chic persona and shameless flirting from tough & cold Sarawat. I simply love the supportive friends dynamic between Tine's gang and Sarawat's White Lion Gang. As I watched the series ongoing when ep.2 aired, waiting for Friday to come was always a struggle. I even became a fan of the actors and stalk their social media.
The series started light and fluffy with traces of comedy, while the vibes, cinematography and location sets are so aesthetically pleasing. The way Scrubb's songs seamlessly integrate into the story, Sarawat use music to express his feelings, Tine being a loyal fanboy make the story unique and worth watching. I like the intro and ending part using FB/social media theme as well. The plot steered from the novel in few last episodes for more drama and for me it could have been executed better, nevertheless I still love it.
Bright and Win have done their best to embody Sarawat & Tine, that both characters will always be loved and stay memorable for a long time. Other characters such as Fong, Green, Man, Phukong are well-written and lovable which make us want to root for them as well.
