The first movie, the animation was so much better. At least it followed the actual story! Story lines were changed from book to movie with no good reason. Things like crows attacking the rabbits at the church instead of rats… Then crows flying at night to chase the rabbits when crows don’t even fly at night! Richard Adams would be rolling over in his grave. He got nature right in his book… That was one of the beauties of the story. Fiver in the car when it was Hazel saved by the girl… Some amethyst at cowslips Warren? What the heck was that! So many things were SO WRONG and I only glanced over the story after trying to watch the first episode… How can you destroy this classic story, the original story is the best… Why couldn’t you stick to the storyline! I can’t even believe you have as high of review on this as you do. Shocking And highly disappointing.

I am a Harry Potter fan and am loving Fantastic Beasts series as well. This movie is brilliant! I loved it. I can’t wait for the next one! It’s not like the first few Harry Potter movies. There is a lot of darkness in it, but without the dark there cannot be light.

I really really wanted to like this movie. My 16 year old and my husband went for my birthday. I was hoping I would pick up after a couple of minutes… Then my 16 year old and I couldn’t stop snickering. We had to leave the theater. Never found out who the fox was. What did the fox say?
