Life changing, i havent had an experience like this, its kind of like subjecting your self to torture. You arnt meant to enjoy this, this isnt a game or a pop song, its as realistic a representation of dementia can be without actual dementia. Also, the six and a half hours are not over kill, you need the suffering. Do not take the first 2 hours for granted, enjoy them, try your best to remember them, in the last 3 stages you will wish you were listening to the distorted music of stage 3. I find after watching a few videos about this that its actually best to not think this is happening to you, but that you are experiencing this happen to a character, maybe try thinking both first and third person at the same time. Also, make sure to engross yourself in the subject matter, read the descriptions, the section/song names, look at the art, read about dementia, its effects, and its stages, also make sure you have something you can do, it can be very boring just staring at your wall during the last stages.
