So bored with cooking programs but very annoyed with the cooking of kangaroo and using the term "harvested". As chefs you should know crops are harvested. Kangaroos are massacred and are decapitated, joeys have their skulls smashed in. These unique animals are on our Coat of Arms. What a disgrace to encourage their massacre.
