Knives Out was not clever, it was not well directed, it was not entertaining, it was not worth waiting for it was not a great movie to save for Thanksgiving. It had a chance at some point, I imagine, to be fun or funny or clever - it certainly a good cast to work with, but somewhere along the way it got off track and spiraled from there to the dismal close. Perhaps these filmmakers should spend a month watching TCM movies, The Thin man, Pink Panther with Peter Sellers, anything older than 2003. I am so sorry for the people who watched this and thought it was clever or funny, you truly have no idea what you're talking about.
