Watched Simmba tonight in a packed Sydney theater and boy-oh-boy, is this an A-grade entertainer or what! From the cast to the storyline to the execution to the music, this was a complete package, basically, a typical Rohit Shetty blockbuster (read Singham and Singham Returns). Ranveer Singh, aka Simmba, take a bow because you were totally worth our buck! You are hot, fiery and full of emotions as Simmba, which made you the perfect pick to enact this beautiful character. So many layers were there to you in the different roles as Simmba, but you didn't falter even once. Kudos on adding one more memorable role to your ridiculously long list of performances! A special mention to Ajay Devgn, aka Singham, who was as captivating for the few segments he was a part of as in the first two installments. To all Singham and Singham Returns lovers - if there is nothing else you want to watch this film for, spend your buck just to catch Ajay Devgn setting the screen on fire in the last few frames. All in all, a blockbuster that will leave you a little more in love with Ranveer Singh by the time you leave the theatre, subsequently wanting Simmba Returns to go on floors immediately!
