Kurt Russell, you can't go wrong. The entire cast is phenomenal. It's like a western meets Ravenous. Patrick Wilson did a great job. It is a gruesome movie, but it is a good movie. It has a good pace, and it is a movie you would recommend to a friend, and watch again.
