Anyone trying to dissect this show from a critique this show honestly, needs to put their pens down. When studying a show you need to understand the demographic and this show appeals to the target demographic with its bright colours and fun themes and to be frank, that's all that matters. It does it's job which is simply to entertain children while educating them in a way that's easy to grasp.

I say this as an english student, this film is one in its own league. Completly set apart from the first and definitely dissimillar to the Harry Potter films and books in the sense thar it is a more adult film in comparison. It touches on stronger themes such as prejudice and social pressure in a more approachable light; also the film looks takes a sensitive approach towards more mature thems aswell as bringing in some more buoyant scenes to create more of a balance. It does this bearing in mind the demographic which is 10-16 but despite this I stronly believe that this motion picture is made for all ages.
