I don't understand why the director decided to have a remake of a perfectly decent movie of his! This is like 95% the same as Last Shift and the 5% difference just made the movie way worse. With due respect to the people involved, I have to say the acting was bad, the story was disoriented, and the changes they had caused some scenes to be all over the place. So if you have watched neither movie and you read the brief description of this movie feeling like you would enjoy such a plot, do yourself a favor and simply watch Last Shift.

I decided to give this show a shot because of one of the actors. I DID NOT EXPECT IT TO BE SO AMAZING. Numerous movies and shows have been made with the same theme so such productions are either a hit or a miss. This is a huge HIT. It is well-directed and the story is so cleverly portrayed that it never feels plodding nor predictable. The plot progresses from different viewpoints, unraveling different sides of the matter, which truly glues you to your seat The camera work is great. The settings are great. The cast members are all beyond amazing. They portray the characters with such emotions that they come to life before your eyes. The conversations are heartfelt and transfer the mood so perfectly that make you sympathize. Make sure to check it out.

It has been a long time since I have enjoyed a movie this much. The plot was interesting. even though I was tired, it kept my attention from the beginning to the end. All the actresses and actors were excellent. I watched it by chance and I'm glad I did.

I read lots of reviews to see if it was worth the time. In retrospect, some of those reviews were helpful; however, the majority of them were by angry Christians. So I decided to watch it anyway and see for myself and here's the deal without spoilers. Negative points: -The direction was bad -The CG was inadequate (The realness and the quality of the scary element could massively impact the reaction horror movies get from the audience and it wasn't good, man. They desperately tried to get some reaction through jump scares) -The background story of the main character was so cliche -The dialogues weren't well thought out ( or the time of delivery for that matter) -What was supposed to be a climax was more of an anticlimax. -The ending. I mean, come on! What was that? a Disney movie? Positive points: - Jeffrey's (as always) and Cricket Brown's acting was what made me sit through the whole movie. (The rest of the cast were also good) Conclusion: In my humble opinion, it's genuinely not worth the time. I gave two stars to the actors and actresses.

Everyone's taste in horror is very different. You gotta see what type excites you, do you enjoy a movie with thrilling jump scares or a story that sends shivers down your spine even if you don't see that scary element directly every single time? That being said, I LOVED THIS MOVIE. Watching a thriller based on Norse beliefs was a breath of fresh air in this genre. The atmosphere was great and fitting. I loved the acting. I loved that despite everything going on, they still managed to make time for us to have a look into the characters so that we were able to sympathize while being drowned in the story itself. Overall, if you belong to the first category of horror movie devotees, I think this movie is not for you, if you belong to the latter, WATCH NOW.

If you came here to see whether you should watch this movie or not (because of the low rating and the split reviews), I gotta tell you you are either gonna enjoy it or hate it. No in-between. Overall, I liked the movie. It was entertaining. The idea behind the story was good. However, the dialogues were inadequate. Some parts were rushed (and not in a way that would serve the purpose of the story, but like they couldn't wait to get to the next scene) I saw one of the reviews complaining about how the ending made the whole story unnecessary. It seems like the ending went over that buddy's head. In conclusion, I think you should give it a chance. the story is good. It will help you pass time if you are bored. But don't expect TOO MUCH, you know? Enjoy :)

I decided to watch the movie based on all the positive reviews I read here and, honestly, I'm disappointed. A lot of things that happen throughout the film in order to scare the viewers are unexplained at the end. What was the deal with the grandma? The well? The yellow-eyed thingy? Seems like they were trying to throw everything and anything into the film to make it intriguing. I feel like the overall story was good but they failed to deliver. The climax didn't feel so much like a climax. This is legit my second negative review out of all the reviews I've left in my life. I felt like my time was just wasted.

My country is going through something very similar nowadays in regards to the currency rate plummeting. Watching the movie felt like watching our lives and how disgustingly indifferent the authorities are to the lives of millions of people as long as their benefits are involved. I suggest you watch it. And if Korean is not your first language, pay close attention to the subtitle and the details so that you can acknowledge the severity of such disasters.

Wow. I really really liked this movie. If you're looking to get scared, you gotta know it's not "horror". However, I strongly recommend that you watch it because the plot is really interesting and unpredictable.

I'm not really into Kdramas but I've been watching several to help me with my language learning. This is one of the very few I extremely liked. I enjoyed it so much I watched the whole series in a short time. The actors/ actresses are great. The plot doesn't get plodding. It's refreshing. If you are a fan of crime/detective/romance you will definitely enjoy it.
