I loved it. It was incredibly atmospheric and felt like an 80s-90s horror movie centering on RE characters and settings. The remixes to the story are bound to either hit or miss fans, but I personally thought it worked really well and gave the story its own life. I saw it multiple times over opening weekend and plan to see it again.
