Let’s cut to the chase the story was bad and tragically fell short compared to the first one and its frustrating to see that some parts of the story could’ve worked really well if implemented correctly, there are flashback scenes (mostly of Ellie and Joel) in the game that show promise unfortunately everything else falls apart, aside from the poorly stitched together story the game play is solid with a little clunkyness in combat, with the environment being gorgeous and the post apocalyptic setting really shining. Sound design is also top notch. Even with movie quality visuals and sound the story could not be salvaged a real shame.
