Too bad 40- 50 % of us do not have the compassion, empathy or understanding to grasp what people like Stephanie go through to provide proper assistance at the right time to assure success. Trying to figure that out is the big question. The when what and timing may require intelligence we don't have at this time. At least we can open the conversation thanks to this book. Let's try.
