Was it perfect? No. But it delivers a strong story of over coming our own demons. It's about a community struggling to survive when the world fails to see or understand its value. This is a movie that will reasonate for dark horror lovers and a lot of them are kiddos. And of course, there's Key and Peele. More, please!

If it were not for powerful presence of Mads, I'm not sure I could have finished this film. Sometimes it was beautiful, at others long and slow. There are moments when the film is rendered as paintings from Caravaggio, with large eye whites and suffering. The cinematography is wonderful in places.
