This is one of the best book in all the series. Now Anne is 18 years old and after her first year at Redmond she decides to leave the college as she can no more eat Marilla's money, but aunt Josephine Barry before her death gives Anne 1000 dollars so she can continue studying her B.A. She finds out about her parents and visits little old house at Bolingbroke. She gets a new friend who is a pretty, romantic and a rich girl-Phillipa Gordon. Her chums get married-Diana, Jane, Phillipa, Priscilla. Ruby Gillis dies and opens her secret to Anne about his love for Herb Spencer. Miss Rachel Lynde moves to green gables because of Thomas' death. Anne gets 6 proposals-from Sam the hired boy at Janet's neighbour, Billy Andrews-Jane's brother, Charlie Sloane, Roy Gardener and Gilbert-Anne refused them all. But she accepts Gilbert's 2nd proposal at last. This is a fascinating and interesting book. Anne help others, discover more secrets and make new friends wherever she goes. I recommend people to read this book and this whole lovable series as I myself really admire and adore this series. :) <3
