Great game gameplay wise...Honestly visually and graphically impressive with VERY good feel, mechanics, and level design. Truly does feel next gen in a game development and tech sense; however the elephant in the room is the plot... Without spoilers, what happens in the beginning of the game story wise truly muddles and makes the rest of the game hard to play , taking out the emotional investment and the motivation to continue playing to see the character development that was so perfectly brought to life in the first game. Considering that the game itself is built upon a very intense and alluring story, it seems odd to create such a disconnect to the story and the viewer, almost as if this were written like a lazy Hollywood blockbuster cash grab, as opposed to a 20+ hour game. If you want to keep your audience engaged and immersed in your game, you can't kill the plot that draws that same audience in.
