Watched two episodes of this and I can't take it any longer. I was looking for a plot but I just can't find one. All scenes are so obvious and everything takes place in paradise. You'd expect any sort of backstory or context to what's happening but there's nothing, everything is out of place and random. I suppose if you're coming from the books, then this maybe more appealing to you, but to the average viewer it's not.

I set really high expectations considering this has the squid game cast, but I was wrong. The first episode is very painful to watch. Okay I expect korean shows not to have much realism in them, but the way things happened is like how they happen when you get a dream. No physics involved whatsover. Things just seem to 'happen' without any explanation or reason. Disappointing overall.
