Despite bad reviews I saw this movie and really enjoyed it, although I am bias due to my Musical Theatre background. The CGI was very weird to start with, however I thought it was very unique, unfortunately I believe everyone is negative about the special effects and it’s unrealistic portrayal however what do you really expect from a film about singing and dancing cats? I think the biggest disappointment about the reviews is the fact no one is praising the incredible choreography and dance numbers, and unfortunately no one seems to have any praise for Jenifer Hudson belting ‘Memories at the top of her lungs. Shame no one realises this and are to quick to criticise.
