I would have rated it as 4/5. But being a medical professional I feel they have just defamed the image of not only physiotherapy professionals but as well as compounders. I feel the director/ scriptwriter/dialogue writer/actress all of them are not eligible and don't have any right To Define this nobel profession and giving false information to the audience. That scene should be removed from the episode as well as they should apologise for the same.
