The reviewers from the New York Times, Washington Post, and WSJ seem to have been drinking each other’s Kool-Aid in their strangely cool reception of this film. Aren’t they a jaded grumpy bunch! Considering other movies they’ve given rave reviews, I am truly perplexed why this film garnered such bitter reactions from them. This movie is smart, interesting, and well-acted. It is a relevant, cautionary tale in today’s world of fake news and fake people. Definitely worth watching.
