Rod Beck

I usually love to read anything by Baldacci. This book is different. The story line drones on and on with little to no forward progress. The characters are shallow and don't catch this readers interest. If it were any other author I would have given up. However, I trudge through chapter after chapter hoping there is a nugget at the end. So far, I can't even find any fool's gold.
