The young actors are so gifted, their acting elicits exactly what the scenes are intended to bring. And there is no subject more salient to teenagers than suicide, which, for decades now, has ranked either second or third as the leading cause of death in people aged 14-24.
My friend, living in Nevada, and I, in CT, agree that it is so difficult to watch, but so entirely necessary. The issues are depicted so well! And as previously stated, it's hard to watch, but not nearly as horrifying as it is to witness in real life. Let's keep talking, and more importantly, let's let kids talk to us, where they feel trusting, not judged.
