Saw this movie last night and have to say it was incredible. Starting act can be a bit slow if you already know the back story to dbz but the last 40 minutes of straight action blew me away. I cant even describe how good some of these sequences looked, you'd just have to see with your own eyes how gorgeous this movie looks. Its genuinely hard to not say "holy @#$%" at least once in those last minutes. The story did feel a bit rushed at parts though, and all the development of brolys character is wasted once the fight starts but other than that it was enjoyable. I'd highly recommend this to any fan of dbz, casual or hardcore.
