Amazing book. No joke this book will change the way you look at stressful situations, decision making, and attitude.
Mostly attitude. If you really pay attention that's really the overall message of the book. It's not what is thrown at you but how you handle it. And mindset is everything.
It's not a war memoir but there are certainly war stories in it, carefully placed with good reason. It follows a pattern of discussing principles, some story illustrating where it came from, then an application to business. It wraps it up very nicely each time and hammers the point home.
If you only read one "self-improvement" or leadership book, let it be this one.
