This is a great kids movie! It's absolutely beautiful in a style you just can't find anymore. A little scary at parts but nothing too grown up. I don't know why people think you need to read 3 books just to understand what's going on. Last of his kind goes on a hero's journey to save the universe and encounters dangers and makes friends along the way. Pretty straightforward.
