A Hadi

Phenomenal, heavily-plot-driven, action film. It’s exactly what you’d expect from a Christopher Nolan film- riveting, reality bending and slightly head hurting. Admittedly, this film is NOT for everyone. The plot, just like Inception’s, is not easy to follow. If you want to understand it you’ll either have to concentrate for 2 and a half hrs straight or you'll have to dedicate time to watch it multiple times. It requires patience but it’s very satisfying once the plot is understood. If you can’t understand it the first time round then just enjoy it for what it does excellently. The music score goes well with the scenes presented and the cinematography is on point. The reality bending gimmick of this film is just brilliant and done perfectly- the team really did their research on it and the explanations used are very much founded upon reality. As a whole, this film though better appreciated with the plot, can also be enjoyed even without the plot. If any of the above reasons aren’t the reason you watch films then this film REALLY is not for you- exactly the vibe I was getting from people leaving 1 or 2 star reviews. However, if what I’ve described sounds like something you’d enjoy then by all means! Have a great time at the cinema!
