I am not a loyal watcher of any particular cable TV news show as they are all inherently biased. So I channel surf to get different points of view. When I happen upon The Five, I usually find it enjoyable, informative and entertaining. However, yesterday, April 15, I saw Jesse rudely and constantly speak over Donna Brazile. I missed the beginning of the show, so perhaps there was an earlier interaction and this was some sort of weird retribution. For some reason, he seemed particularly intent on not letting her get a word in. She is an intelligent representative of the Democratic Party and I would have been interested in hearing her response. He refused to allow her to answer. I really hate when hosts do this- ask a question then refuse to allow the audience to hear opposing response. If you want to influence people on a point, allow them to hear all voices and make sure you present your most compelling fact-based argument. Upstage them with that - not theatrics.
