Finally real entertainment! At first I thought I wouldn’t be able to get past Sophia’s beauty, but her portrayal is spectacular! Hearing her speak Spanish is an added bonus and the makeup is just enough to change her but still look natural. The Director of Photography deserves accolades as well. BRAVO for Netflix!

I watched it opening night in the movies, and on HBO about three more times. Yes, I am loving this movie! It’s a spectacular cinematic work of art that better sweep the Oscars! It’s that great! From the music to the direction, dancing, stories and cultural themes that affect us all, it’s a masterpiece!
