This movie was amazing as a 12yr old and still ranks right up with Sci Fi space thrillers. I enjoy the special effects on this movie even more than I do on current flicks because they inspired the imagination w/o overwhelming the senses. The invisible creature is dramatized in a tantalizing way that keeps you on the edge for your seat. The love story aspect was a bit campy, but hey Connie Francis skinny dipping can't be all bad.
