House of Dragon started off almost perfect and although it did not draw me in as swiftly and intently as the first episode of Game of Thrones, I'm so glad I hung in there. This show takes us into Westeros about 170 years before the time period of the kingdoms in Game of Thrones. We're on a learning journey about the Targaryens before the descendants in GOT (the main royal family easy to spot due to their distinguished silvery white straight hair - no matter what age they are they have white hair). The creators of this incredibly addictive series of THRONES & DRAGONS - are focused on bringing us viewers through episodes that lead up to the infamous historical event known as "the Dance of the Dragons." The Targaryens are in-fighting, over the iron throne that has been usurped by a brother's grandfather in an awful scheme, or a queen mistakenly misinterpreting the King's last words, either way - all hell broke loose. This is going to be a great show... and the dragons are unbelievable. I have one recommendation: if you can wait for all the shows to be released - WAIT.... I do not like waiting an entire week for the next episode when they are this good! Everything is perfect - the script - the characters - the actors - the wardrobe - the scenery - it's all so believable!! Let's go episode 10! I'm invested in these characters.
