To those making fun of people leaving 1-star reviews saying that their over-reacting or that it's just a movie... I've even read one comment saying "that this was an accurate depiction of our lord and saviour himself" and that it shouldn't matter if he's lgbtq+ cause "he was homosexual". This is an insult to me as a Christian who has read the bible and knows that this movie is wrong in so many ways. there is nothing wrong with being LGBTQ+ but this is not the way to involve that with Christianity especially with the portrayal of Jesus, Mary, Joseph and the many other characters derived from the bible. And for those saying it's just a movie well I know it's just a movie but that doesn't make it right that the producers of this movie made this happen cause what is the thought that this movie displays....hmmm it shows that being Christian is just a stupid religion that disapproves of the LGBTQ+ community as this movie with a gay Jesus is getting lots of backlashes from Christians and this just makes it harder for Christianity..... This movie staying on Netflix just makes people think t's ok to insult someone's religion with these lies, this movie will give the message that it's ok to insult Christianity, so to those saying that it's hilarious that so many people leaving 1-star reviews go and educate yourselves on religion and think just maybe that this is actually a serious topic and it shouldn't be taken lightly... thank you
