Jaide Mancuso

This book was truly beautiful. The writing and story is absolutely amazing and I couldn't put it down. I've read all the Shadowhunter related books and love them dearly. This book though...wow. It made me tear up so many times. I love Cassandra for always being so inclusive in every way with race, gender and sexual orientation. I've never read another author that does this so flawlessly. I wish I would of had, not only all her Shadowhunter books as a confused and scared teen, but especially this one. I'm in my early 30's now and know that reading something like this in my teens would have given me some much needed confidence to make some different decisions than I did. Magnus and Alec are truly an inspiration in so many ways.
