I don't understand what some people are saying. 1. No this is NOT the original series, it's not supposed to be. It's newer day, different actresses ect. It WILL be different. 2. Yes Mel is gay. Just because Piper wasn't doesn't mean Mel can't be. Mel and Nico have such a great bond! They are my FAVORITE characters, not going with them being "gay" Mel is a strong Witch and Nico a strong person. Together they are amazing! 3. As kinda said above, newer day! Just because some of us grew up knowing the Original Charmed doesn't mean this one can't be good. Yes I watched the Original growing up. BUT I can honestly say that this new reboot is better. To me the characters all seem so real, the life you get to see is amazing. To me how it's playing out makes the people/show feel so real. And I love when you can get lost in a show. I hope comments like mine help the makers, I really can't see this show stopping so soon!!! I need more! #let'skeepCharmed!
