Zero chance I'm putting time, let alone money into this TERRIBLE iteration of Madden. It's definitely NOT in the game EA. The menus are slower than ever. The animations are glitchy on Series X or a high end PC. MUT is more pathetic as a money-grab than ever before. I was invited to the VIP program last year and my rep calls me relatively regularly to tell me about upcoming events/giveaways and ask for my input. Unfortunately, I feel like my input is still irrelavent and the playerbase is completely ignored. Ultimately, a triple-A title (or at least supposed AAA title) should NOT have so many glitches, slow menus, terrible pay-to-play requirements, etc. If and when EA takes a look at MUCH BETTER simulation games such as MLB The Show, we may see changes. Until then, you're wasting your money.

Each year EA Sports finds ways to minimize the "fun" aspect and push toward a pay-to-win child gambling style of play. EA continues to remove the deeper aspects of gameplay in every mode and it's nearly impossible to play MUT competitively without spending several hundred dollars. Coin packs have terrible odds, there are an ever-increasing number of glitches and bugs, people are getting banned for making money through the auction house, the block-kick glitch still persists, the desync glitch still exists (you'll be winning a hard fought game and the other player will desync you giving you a no-decision or even a loss on occasion). I ABSOLUTELY SUGGEST SAVING YOUR MONEY UNTIL EA HAS FAIR COMPETITION PRODUCING AN NFL TITLE. BUYER BEWARE! IF YOU'RE CONSIDERING THIS FOR A CHILD ***STAY AWAY***

Just awful. What a disappointment.

I couldn't even bring myself to finish the movie. Who writes this trash these days?

After two hours, I'm hooked completely. This game is visually stunning and completely engrossing! I imagine there's plenty who won't appreciate the plodding method of gameplay but for anyone looking to get "lost" in a gaming experience, this is the one. I find myself stopping for extended periods just to look at the environment! Between the sound track and visuals, this is a must own.

I'm only giving one star because I can't rate lower than 1. EA is a trashcan company ONLY focused on maximizing in-game micro transactions. Madden MUT and online play has been strictly the same "scum kick" followed by 3-5 repetitive plays that Kevin Mcdild-OH looked up online. These plays vary slightly based on the time of year and version of Madden. There's probably an actual competitive game that is completed in MUT around 5-8% of the time. Glitches, literal cheating (i.e. disconnect glitches in weekend league and H2H MUT comp games), constant cash-grab weekly updates skewing competitive balance, etc. Disgusting management, marketing, coding... Hell, I don't have much at all to say that's positive. They have Bo Jackson and I love Bo Jackson? Yeah... That's about it.
