Ugh, I regret the time and energy spent on this.

This book at best can be called ordinary. The format is distasteful, the language lacks luster and the grammatical errors were off-putting. There are a few takeaways as there should be, from any book, but that's about it. It was a fatiguing read, there are no "methods" described as the title suggests but that's the least of our problems with this book. It is repetitive with some mythological snippets here and there, very religion oriented and did not seem spiritual to me at all.
