James McMurtry has released more than thirty years of terrific, but underrated music. However, this album might be the best of all his work. No More Buffalo is the standout track, but there are many other memorable songs on the album. It might take a few listens to fall in love with the album, but if you are patient the songs here will stick with you forever.
