'The Kapil Sharma Show' had a life when Sunil Grover was on it. His spot on comedy and improvisation gave the show the height of an Everest. Since the time he has left, the show has only been trying to fill in for him. In the previous season it was Kapil's movie that kept the show from stopping, and also that made the season end. In this season, it's Krishna Abhishek who is trying to fill in for Sunil Grover. Now, the thing is that everyone is still trying to fill in. The only best part of the show is when guests visit and talk to Kapil. Apart from this, the entire show has lost it's way. There are jokes, but they are not funny. There are punch lines, but they are not used in a proper way. There are characters, but not of a level to replace Sunil Grover. We can call it a family show; however, it often jokes at a level at which you do not want to listen to them. Overall, one can watch the show only to kill time or to see his/her favorite celebrity.

Cast: Joaquin Phoenix and Robert De Niro Direction: Todd Phillips Plot: A struggling stand-up comedian, who wishes to spread laughter and joy in the world, begins to incline towards crime after being left isolated and bullied by the society. Details: The movie starts with the point that it wants to keep through the movie. We see Arthur Fleck dancing with a board to try to entertain the crowd when a group of bullies take away his board to make him chase them and later they beat him in a narrow lane. Even after all the beating and negative name calling, he keeps a smile on his face at home and takes care of his ill mother. He adores a personality named Murray Franklin and Arthur sees himself being on his show as one of his ultimate desires. Things change one day when he takes a wrong decision to shoot three bullies in a train. From this point, he (unintentionally) ignites a revolution that begins to destroy Gotham while he continues to slip in the world of crime. Performance: Joaquin Phoenix is amazing in every frame. The laughter took a lot from him but it has turned out to be instantly appealing. His performance as Arthur Fleck and Joker is flawless. Robert De Niro does not disappoint. He has got the exact reaction timing in his acting and it shows in the movie. Frame in every shot is worth a watch. Kudos to Todd Phillips! Rating: 5/5

Cast: Ayushmann Khurrana (as Akash), Radhika Apte (as Sophie), Tabu (as Simi) and Manav Vij (as Inspector Manohar) Director: Sriram Raghavan Plot: Akash keeps on getting involved in a murder case while trying to make it big with his music. Ayushmann Khurrana: One can't imagine him play such a matured role and yet he does a great job. As Akash, he had a huge responsibility to convince everyone - characters and audience - that what ever is happening is real. He pulls it off very conveniently and leaves no point on which one can raise a question or be doubtful about. Radhika Apte: With promotions being run all over the place, one hopes to see a lot of her acting but she makes a rather small appearance. Her appearance leaves a good impact and takes the story forward but it doesn't satisfy as we wish to see more of her acting. She plays her role smoothly enough to make us forget that we are actually watching Radhika Apte and not the character. Tabu: She has spent so many years in the industry that it shows with her matured acting. Whether it's dialogue delivery or actions, she nails it completely. Manav Vij: You expect him to not leave a huge mark with his role but he definitely does leave a huge mark. Most of his scenes are with Tabu and when on acts with her, one has got to be nervous considering that fact how amazing she is. To the contrast, he seems absolutely confident and justifies his role . Story: The real hero of the movie is it's story. The story has to reveal who is the murderer and how was the crime committed but Andhadhun takes things to a new level by revealing what everyone thinks is a suspense in first half of the movie. It's only later that one realises that every scene in the second half is a suspense in itself. I was unable to watch the movie when it released because of my busy schedule. It's later that I checked and got to know that it's available on Google. I rented the HD version and it took me only 2 minutes to complete the rental process. I was worried what I would do in case I lose the internet connection but it was solved as Google offers an option to download and watch offline. Another best thing is, one can cast it on TV by using Chromecast too. In case you have not yet watched the movie, you have still got a chance to watch it on Google. Don't miss it!
