Playing the game right after playing crash 1 through to 3. Crash 4 doesn't fit or seem real. Neo cortex is not the main villain anymore. The game feels almost like rayman the great escape (collecting masks around different worlds (timelines)). Aku aku is used as a rotating sheild not a firend following you. Crash 3 wrapped was about time travel, and so is crash 4 but time is ripped apart by uka uka and not N. Trpoy. So I was disappointed with the game based off going from crash 1 to 4. If you just play the game alone and don't think about the previous 3 games it's okay I guess. Skins are a werid mechanic, and 6 clear gems in each level? Not being able to spin away wampas? And something is up with crashes design in this game don't know what it is but he doesn't look right. Was excited for a new crash game, but maybe the developers should just remake the old ones. As the new content is a cheap imitation of crash 3 and rayman the great escape.
