The Taylor Swift thing was messed up, BUT I don't think all these actors, writers, and producers need to be out of a job because of it, especially because of how enjoyable the show is.

Beautifully written, the depth in this show. It's more than just Beau and Ashley's relationship (though that is something BEAUTIFUL!!), it's gripping characters, character development, suspense, murder, and while I mostly just came for season 2, I saw s1 and Paul Wesley (TVD fam) and everything is just amazing.
