Not an engaging film. Not a fulfilling romance or a connection that justifies the ending. The motivations/ relationships shared between the characters seemed forced for this time period. (Any time period?) As a painter I wanted to like this, but the painting scenes didn’t relate to the shallow drama including a really bizarre alla prima abortion study?
