Judge Ross' decision to let the woman who had Botox treatment done and not pay because he feels that "customer service is important and that the doctor was late for 15 minutes" was the worse example of a judicial decision. There was a service provided and that was what should've been based on. So if a customer has to "wait for services" that means they don't have to pay? Another thing is so the defendant wasn't happy with the service, and there wasn't a before picture of what she looks like? Feel that a decision based on "looks" again isn't right? Who looks happy anyway!
