SPOILERS IN REVIEW IF YOU HAVE NOT FINISHED TURN AWAY... So I best the game last night and I have been wrapping my head round whether I loved the game or if I hated it. I can safely say that I loved it in all honesty now there is things I didn’t like forsure but overall I loved the game, reason being The first last of us made such a impact on storytelling for video games as a whole it’s one of the most bevolved and respected games to this day and it launched 7 years ago finally last of us 2 comes and it makes some very VERY BOLD CHOICES. I applaud naughty dog for doing this they did what no video game developer has ever done and put you in shoes of the villain for X amount of time the game kicks of with a fan favorite character dying Joel However as the story unfolds you see why abby kills him and you can’t hate her for it the game is all bout revenge and it shows it and the reason why this game hits home for me is I never played a game that has made me appreciate everything I saw the consequences the loss the anger the discomfort naughty dog did what no developer has done they took on themselves trying to beat it and again there is flaws but this game does need to be played because it is very different. But a full recommend
