From the intro and it's droning music, which you hope will end when the movie actually start but it doesn't. Then in the very first scene where there is actually some dialog and you realize that the droing music which is way to loud for the vocal track will not end and will plauge your ears for the rest of the movie. The scene choices were equally as bad. Most people envision Afghanistan as desert & hilly pretty sparse country when it comes to scenery. This opens in what looks like a lush and green part of Colorado. I wish I could comment more but I simply couldn't stand this movie and shut it off thumbs down on this one for me

What a great movie. A twist between a scifi, thriller and shoot um up type film. Upgrade has you thinking you know what's going on right up until the very end. The plot twists along the journey will keep you entertained and if you like scifi, thrillers and violence, just watch it, it's got a thrill all it's own.
