This is a low artistic standard for HBO. I thought the dramatic narrative might be an interesting take on the turmoil experienced by a troubled super-pop star, such as Britney Spears. But no. No real narrative at all, just sex, more sex, and cliché soft porn. Trashy, amateurish screenplay. Is HBO rebranding in this direction?

So bad. Juvenile dialogue, wannabe sci-fi plot, tacky sets and special effects, even the kung fu looked amateurish. Very hard to sit thru, but I kept thinking it must get better since it won so many awards. Nope.

Too sappy for me, but Reese looked really cute, and I love her house.

Great film; so entertaining and fun! See it on the biggest screen you can!

Way, WAY too long! Some good scenes, especially with Coppola and Puzo, but too much filler. Who has 10+ hours to spend watching this minutiae?

Strange but interesting documentary of a very attractive, smart, accomplished, popular woman who is brainwashed by her love for a sketchy grifter guy. I kept wondering 'how could this happen to a woman who has so much?' I'm reminded of the old Bryan Ferry song Slave to Love.

Very entertaining soap opera-ish drama of high society NYC Gilded Age. For me, it's escapist drama - fabulous fashions, homes, society events, etc. Plus, it's more adult and slightly more edgy than Downtown Abbey, which I watched but sometimes found frumpy. I just finished viewing episode 5 , and now that I've got the numerous characters straight, I'm really enjoying this show.

I'm an original fan of Sex and the City in the 90s ... its creativity, new ideas, modern women, stylish fashions, clever and hilarious plots. And Just Like That has none of that. I assume the writers felt this sequel needed to be woke, so we have transgender issues, cringe-inducing racist dialogue, such as re: a Black woman's hairstyle, non-binary sexual affairs, and generally socially clueless characters. The exclusion of Samantha's fun and wit has left a huge hole, and Miranda is just an embarrassment to watch. Disappointing sequel!!

Okay, my friend and I actually only got through about 20 minutes of this movie. A deadly comet is approaching Earth, but the national leaders are too superficial and idiotic to care. Hilarious (I guess) dialogue ensues. This is the type of show filled with very big stars, who I guess are having a great time among themselves, being actors for each other. I assume they're making a lot of $$ ? A truly great movie about a comet or asteroid approaching Earth is Melancholia, by Lars Von Trier. So good it's unforgettable.
