My husband and I watched the series and saw the last episode tonight. Wow!! What a fabulous series. We have watched the younger and the "older" Montalbano and loved them. I have been to Sicily and this series put so much warmth into what I found to be a bit scary. I lived in Brindisi, Italy so going to Sicily was easy, but it felt different. After watching this series, I know that they consider themselves as different. I loved this series and would have watched many, many more episode.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this first season and hope that there will be a second season. I particularly liked the character Mary. At times I was a bit upset with Ava, but she was just being the teenager that she was and grew into her character as expected. There were many surprises in this series and we also enjoyed the varied locations. Wonderful series.

We are enjoying watching the Worst Jobs in History. Tony does a great job and seems wiling to try anything. Sometimes we laugh ourselves breathless it is so funny. However, I wish that the audio person would turn the "background" music down a bit because frequently we cannot hear Tony's very interesting observations and thoughts.
