I usually agree with the judges. But today I watched the case about the man who shot the large black neighbor's dog. The defendant said he went into the house to get a stick and rifle. Why didn't he stay in the house. He went inside to get a gun. He should have stayed inside and call the police. If he was so fearful he shouldn't have left the house. Animal Control should have been called. He was man so fearful why go back outside to get close to what he was afraid of acting like a big man who was going to fix everything. That's wrong! What were you thinking?
