So many game play glitches with no new features in Franchise Mode to make up for it. Face of the Franchise is good for one play through, but the lack of consequences in choices and decisions made means what you do doesn't matter. The outcome will always be the same. The yard is an alright addition, but for sim football players like myself, it get's boring right away. Plus, not really having friends that play madden, playing with strangers really doesn't make it a fun time. Back to Franchise mode. I grew up playing madden. I remember playing the original madden on my uncles nintendo. When I was finally able to get a PS2 and play my own madden, madden 2003 was where i started. Franchise mode was always a great time. They have made it so bare bone for the past 4-5 years, I can't even say I enjoy playing it. But i feel a need to come back to it as it was a form of entertainment for most of my life. But time changes things and people move on. After this game, I am now willing to cut the cord and move on. If future changes look to bring back some of that greatness of past games, then maybe I will come back.
