Was hooked first episode, mostly for the visuals which are Tim Berton esk in parts, marval superhero in others. Great music choices throughout. a little uneven in parts. I like that each episode is an hour, they feel more complete and less rushed - it's almost like watching a movie series than episodic TV show. oh and I grew up in Toronto and love seeing shows filmed there, including the appearance of supporting actors Canadians will recognize (love the doughnut store actress.) It's not perfect, and I'm not a comic reader but I'm sure some fans of the comics will be saying it sucks because, well, that's always the case when a novel or comic is adopted.also would have liked some of the character arcs to be better developed and some condensed. worth the time investment in my humble opinion. I really enjoyed it most of it.
