This book was so gorgeously crafted. I loved how poignant and compelling the whole plot was, and it portrayed exactly what happened during the war between Korea and Japan. Thank you so much!!! I absolutely recommend this book if you're into history and a LOT of detail. Love this book!

Although this book felt truly intriguing, the overall situation was pretty quixotic. Also, some parts of the book sometimes favored different religions. I believe in God, and I abhorred how she wrote "He'd replace God..."
This is my opinion, however, so if you want a good mystery book, this is right for you.

Although some parts of the book may be enigmatic and the font is small, this is a nice classic that can intrigue teens and adults. I suggest this book for 13+, but even if you're not 13 or over, this book is for you if you really want to learn more vocabulary words. Another classic I recommend is 20 Thousand Leagues Under The Sea.
